Every “no” comes with guilt. Every policy needs permission. Every post is edited to avoid being “too much.”
You stay misaligned.
In rooms, with clients, in offers that don’t feel right—because leaving feels like betrayal. And you're still healing from being made the villain.
Here’s the truth:
It wasn’t your strategy.
It was the residue.
The nervous system still scanning for safety.
The voice still learning it doesn’t have to shrink to be respected.
Your healing is not a liability.
